At the corner of Mainzer Landstraße and Güterplatz we are erecting an edgy tower, with 32 floors that house offices and a hotel – 122 meters high into the sky. A striking building by star architect Hadi Teherani. An NH Collection Hotel will welcome guests from the 1st to the 20th floor and, from the 21st to the 32nd floor, people will work in modern offices which include own terraces and a panoramic view of down-town Frankfurt.

GRAND CENTRAL
CENTRALLY LOCATED HEADQUARTERS
The first part of the development – the new company headquarters of the rail network operator DB Netz AG – is currently being erected on Hafenstraße, in the direct vicinity of Frankfurt’s main railway station. Following the complex project of demolishing the former post office building, we are building two seven-storey office buildings there, in which around 2,200 people will work. In addition, beneath the complex, there will be two underground garages with two floors each to accommodate a total of 800 vehicles.
