GP Log was founded at the end of 2019 and is a 100% subsidiary of Groß & Partner, one of the leading property and project development companies. We coordinate and manage all logistics process stages in the systematic construction process, in order to effectively and efficiently carry out construction projects of different sizes.

Responsibilities
  • Planning, organisation and control of logistical services for complex construction projects
  • All-encompassing support and continuous assessment of requirements of the project phases up to completion with regard to control of personnel, provision of containers and disposal
  • Planning of construction site facilities under consideration of functional, technical and economic interrelationships
  • Ongoing support of operational projects with regard to the preparation and updating of planning documents
  • Development of logistics concepts, manuals, etc.
  • Visualization of concepts for the submission of offers as well as cost calculation for offer calculation
  • Preparation of target/actual comparisons and meaningful reports for the processes of construction
  • Contact person for construction management and control of subcontractors
  • Participation in planning meetings with other project participants
  • Support for strategic decisions
Requirements
  • Ideally a degree in civil engineering with experience (as a working student or in internships) in construction logistics or
  • Professional experience in construction logistics/construction logistics coordination
  • Extensive knowledge in the creation of logistics concepts
  • Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Knowledge of the calculation software iTWO and experience working with AutoCAD desirable
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and an independent and committed way of working
