GP Con was founded at the beginning of 2017 and is a 100% subsidiary of Groß & Partner, one of the leading property and project development companies. We thereby combine the knowledge and experience of our construction engineers, who successfully implement the construction of structural work for projects of various sizes.

Responsibilities

• Preparation, supervision and handling of construction projects in structural work in coordination with the site management
• Realisation of the planned construction as well as design and management of the structural construction operations
• Monitoring and management of subcontractors
• Planning of personnel, equipment and material

Requirements

• Apprenticeship or further vocational training to become a foreman or works foreman (f/m/d)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and practice, an independent and results-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and an independent and dedicated way of working
