Directly at Frankfurt Central Station at the Hafenstraße the GRAND CENTRAL was built. It is the new headquarters of the rail network operator DB Netz AG.

A state-of-the-art office building
for over 2000 people

The GRAND CENTRAL was divided into two seven-storey office buildings with workplaces for around 2,200 people and has an underground parking garage with two floors for a total of 800 vehicles.

Within just 17 months, we were able to complete the shell construction work on time and to the required quality and hand it over to the client.
