Built in 1991 as a multi-tenant building and 2017 HeLaBa acquired, the Main Park serves as HeLaBa’s second head office building alongside the Main Tower.

Other users include WiBank and LBS. As part of the revitalization, the comb floor plan was given two new structures at its finger ends, which created an additional connection between all components perpendicular to the Main.

Unique Features and Challenges
of the Construction Process

  • Large static dependencies
  • Demolition work carried out in large areas using high-pressure water jets in addition to the classic caulking method in order to preserve existing building fabric as far as possible
  • Existing components reinforced in parts with CFRP slats to meet the changed usage requirements
