A Construction Site in the Heart of Frankfurt – Among the Skyline

This urban project includes a lifestyle hotel, daycare center, retail shops, local amenities, Frankfurt’s first food hall and a publicly accessible rooftop garden.

Building a shell structure with such diverse uses requires managing various parameters. Our project team, in collaboration with the client, coordinated over 1,500 people on-site to bring this vision to life.
